Yes. Our team provides fire-rated hardware specification per NFPA 80 and the Florida Fire Prevention Code, so assemblies are documented for inspection.
Can you key new locks to our existing master key system?
In most cases, yes. Provide your keyway and a bitting list or authorization, and our team will key new cylinders to your existing system or design a new master key system if you are starting fresh.
Do you specify electrified hardware and access control?
Yes. Mills & Nebraska specifies and supplies electrified locks, exit devices, electric strikes, magnetic locks, readers and power supplies, matched to the door and frame preps, fire rating and egress requirements. Licensed low-voltage contractors handle wiring and system installation.
