blastresistantdoorsCECO Door, living up to its reputation for top of the line door and frame solutions, offers builders a powerful line of Blast Resistant Openings.

This line of blast and pressure resistant doors and frames meets U.S. Government, Embassy safety, Military, and security objectives for blast resistance. These blast resistant doors also meet or exceed the performance objectives set by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Department of Defense, and other regulatory groups.

This makes the CECO line of blast resistant doors and frames ideal for government and military facilities, embassies, refineries, chemical storage plants, and other vulnerable properties.

Because of the stringiest standards these doors adhere to, they also offer an extremely long life, high durability, and maximum corrosion resistance. This means that in addition to protecting people and property from explosions and shrapnel, they are also long lasting durable entrance solutions.

Below you can watch a demonstration of the CECO Blast and Pressure Resistant doors and frames withstanding a bomb blast. During the test pressures can exceed 1,700 pounds per square foot!
