Recently we were invited to attend an extravagant Open House that had us "oohing" and "aahing" at almost every turn. A few of us were even taking verbal notes saying, "We want that...and we'd like one of those too..."

We attended the Open House at our friends and partners Barton Malow's corporate headquarters in Orlando. They were the "Coolest Offices Spaces" winner in the Structures Award from the Orlando Business Journal. This award celebrates the best standout projects in Central Florida real estate.

Barton Malow implemented many state of the art designs and functions into their office spaces project. They have an outdoor eating area, kitchen, expansive conference rooms, glass walls, sound proofing, stand up desks, sleek designs, private call rooms, lounge, access control panels, and much more. No sleek stone was overturned.

One of the coolest things they had at their Open House was a "construction worker of the future" live demonstration. While feasting on cannolis, chocolate chip cookies, meatballs, a Mexican dish bar, sushi, and a few other delicious items we were mesmerized by this "bionic woman." She had a contraption on that made her look like she was about to say, "I'll be back." Apparently that contraption aids our men and women in the field so they will have fewer injuries and are better equipped to do their job.

To our friends at Barton Malow, way to go and kudos to you! You guys did an impressive job. Oh, and if it's not too much to ask, will you please send over some cannolis and chocolate chip cookies? We just couldn't get enough!
