About Us

We at Mills & Nebraska are an industry leader in architectural materials, specification and consulting services for commercial markets nationwide and in the Caribbean. Our Florida locations are in Orlando and Lakeland. To better serve your needs, our Orlando facility includes wood and metal custom fabrication shops specializing in commercial doors and frames. These shops allow us to provide factory level precision in a fraction of the time. We maintain the largest inventory in Florida of hollow metal frames and doors, wood doors, and hardware for your projects ranging from one opening to thousands of openings. Mills is the world’s oldest and one of the largest Ceco distributors.

Partnering with you for your success is foremost on our minds. From the first takeoff, to creating electronic submittals, to field verification and preconstruction advice for blocking locations we are with you all the way. Our Project Managers create the submittals, purchase the products and manage the project from start to completion. Our pre-construction team will assist with budgetary planning, value engineering, and provide samples or shop drawings upon request.

In addition, we have an Architectural Hardware Consultant on staff and in house labeling for fire and wind storm including local fabrication certification by Intertek. Even though our clients are coast to coast, we stay true to our home-grown family values.

We deliver and install our products locally and regionally and service national accounts across the continental United States and Caribbean. Our clients are general contractors, remodeling contractors and building owners with new construction repair or renovation projects.

We have over 25 vehicles in our fleet, rest assured Mills can get your products delivered on time. If you are in the Orlando Area and need something quick, local pickup is also available for you. 

With almost 100 years in the construction industry Mills & Nebraska has a proud history of supplying and installing the best building materials for commercial construction.

Our 36,000 square foot warehouse in Orlando has an extensive inventory for walk-in business. This means you will most likely walk out with a solution and/or a product you need. Friendly and knowledgeable sales team members are available to help on the spot. Our spoke location in Lakeland has similar capabilities with a 4,800 square foot warehouse and sales team to assist you with commercial projects.
